Leverage Consulting

I often get asked for consulting advice - generally about using the Internet more effectively or leveraging expertise into information products. Although I do offer a number of specific consulting/mentoring programs, sometimes you require a single session instead of a full program.

Some examples of how clients use this package:

Strategic advice about your Web site, to help you get more traffic and make more sales
Turning your existing physical products into electronic form, so you can use them for e-learning or e-marketing purposes
Reviewing a PowerPoint presentation, so you can adjust it to give your presentation more impact
Helping you write a functional specification for a complex Web site, so you can then put it out to tender
Planning a membership site, so you can implement one that works effectively for your market niche

What's in the package?

This is not just a single session, it's a series of three touch points.

1. Preliminary background review

Depending on your requirements, send me stuff to review beforehand - things like products, services, your Web site, marketing material, whatever.

In turn, I might ask you to answer some questions, do a survey, or something similar.

That will help us both prepare so we get the most out of our time together.

2. Consulting Session

We then conduct the consulting session itself, which is available in one of two forms:

A one-hour telephone or Skype session, a recording of the session, and a written transcript of the session. OR
A three-hour face-to-face consulting session.

Note: For the first option, if you're a member of the eGurus Community, you get a bonus hour (making a total of two hours). And you can split those two hours into half-hour sessions if you wish.

3. A half-hour follow-up telephone call within 90 days

This allows us to review your progress and refine it as required.

Here's How You Get Started

Your investment depends on whether you take up the phone consulting option or the face-to-face consulting option:

Telephone/Skype consulting: $1,500 plus GST.
Three-hour face to face session: $3,000 plus GST.
