Is Your Web Site Working For You?
Is your Web site achieving the results that you would like? If not,
there might be a few simple things that you can do to improve its performance.
We often get asked to review client Web sites, so we've put together this
Web site review package to help you.
Who is it for?
The Web Site Review package is for information experts - for example,
professional speakers, trainers, coaches, consultants, authors and facilitators.
We have a lot of experience working with clients in this area, so we know we can
make recommendations that are useful to you.
We generally don't offer this consulting package for Web sites outside this area,
because we don't know your industry, so it's difficult for us to help you.
"I thought I was pretty proficient at running successful websites but your review of my own site was an eye-opener. Over the next couple of months I will be reassessing my web marketing strategy based on your excellent report. I have no doubt the results will follow."

What's in it for you?
Our goal is to help you develop a Web site that supports your current business.
Broadly, every infopreneur can have four types of income streams:
- Active: You exchange time for money - e.g. in keynote presentations, training courses, public seminars, coaching, and so on.
- Bundled: You still have to make that personal exertion to get paid for your time, but now you increase your fees (by adding more value).
- Recurring: You now leverage your personal exertion into creating a recurring income stream.
- Passive: You don't spend time delivering material - but you will still spend time marketing it.
The single biggest mistake that infopreneurs make with their Web site strategy is that they try to make their Web site generate income from an unfamiliar income stream.
This review analyses your Web site based on your current and forthcoming income streams.
This review won't show you how to create the world's best Web site. Nor
is it designed to help you design a graphically intensive site that wins
graphic design awards.
Rather, the purpose of this review is to determine how well your Web
site supports your current business strategy.
We focus on strategic outcomes for your Web site. The
purpose of the Web site review is to help you focus your time, money and
effort at a high level.
The Web site review is not about low-level things like the font you
use or the design of your buttons!
"I have come a long way in 5 months thanks to you and my team, and there is much to be done to go to another level.
The review is a great tool to use to increase my credibility/marketing
leverage and will guide us as we get to work on prioritizing the next quarter's website improvements."

How does it work?
After you register and pay for this service, we'll send you a survey to
complete, which asks you to identify your current and projected income in
each of the four income streams above.
Within one working week, we then review your Web site and produce a
comprehensive report with specific actions and recommendations for improving your Web site to meet its outcomes.
What specific actions do you get?
The specific actions vary for each client, of course. But here are some of
the things that we have recommended to clients in the past:
- Use Google advertising to get more traffic from search engines.
- Publish a free e-book or report to attract more new visitors.
- Publish an e-mail newsletter to keep delivering value and establish your
authority and credibility.
- Write more persuasive sales letters that encourage more people to buy.
What happens after the review?
Because we do offer Web site services, we'll recommend some of our own products
and services to assist you further. However, none
of my recommendations are specific to our products, and you can use other
providers as well.
Here's How You Get Started
Your investment for the Web site review package is $650 plus GST.
