The spread of the coronavirus is probably the biggest crisis most of us will ever have experienced. One of the consequences is that many teams are working from home – or will be doing it soon.

If that’s happening to your team, they will be feeling stressed and anxious about what’s happening outside their four walls. Their productivity will drop, and they won’t be operating at peak performance.

That’s natural, but one of the best things you can do is continue their skills development during this difficult time. It will:

  • keep them connected,
  • build their competence,
  • keep them engaged and motivated when working from home, and
  • demonstrate your commitment to them – which makes them more loyal in the long term.

This program is a series of online touchpoints to engage your team in ongoing learning.

Who Is This For?

This is for you if your team is working from home, and:

  • You want to keep them motivated and engaged
  • You recognise the need for ongoing skills development, even during this time of crisis
  • You want an alternative to in-person training courses, seminars, and conferences.

How Does It Work?

This program is for yourself and up to 100 people in your team or organisation.

It includes three main components:

  • Skills Training

You get a live online presentation each month for ongoing skills development (see below for coming topics). Each presentation runs for 45-60 minutes, with a lot of interaction (including Q&A, live chat, workshop exercises, and action points).

  • Email Coaching

In addition to Q&A in the online presentation itself, attendees can also email me questions after the session.

  • Resource Centre

Online presentation recordings and other resources are available to you and your team for on-demand ongoing learning.

Future Topics

These are the presentation topics we plan to cover over the next few months:

  • Dealing With Change and Uncertainty
  • Better Decision-Making in a Fast-Changing World
  • Active Learning

Why Work With Gihan?

Gihan is one of Australia’s leading online presenters, and has been delivering online presentations since 2009. Citrix (the company behind GoToWebinar) engaged him to teach their clients around the world how to run better online presentations. Garr Reynolds, author of the world-renowned bestseller Presentation Zen, asked him to write the online presentations section for the book.

What Is Your Investment?

Your investment for the program – which includes yourself and everybody in your team or organisation – is $750+gst per month, or $7,500+gst per year if you pay in advance.

The program typically runs for 12 months, but you’re welcome to enrol in it for as long as you like.

Alternatively, if you would like a customised in-house version of this program just for your organisation, let’s talk.
