For leaders, it’s no longer a question of if AI will affect your organisation, but how you will lead your organisation, team, and yourself through it.
You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you must learn how to set the direction, choose the right tools, and establish guidelines for people to use it in a safe, ethical, and responsible way.
